Since 2011, Bright Spark Energy has designed, installed and supported renewable energy systems for homes, businesses and public-sector organisations across the UK.
We’re an independent team that believes in doing things properly — giving honest advice, taking responsibility for our work and building long-term relationships with our customers.
Established 2011 In-house expertise MCS & NICEIC accredited
From the first conversation and site survey through to design, installation, commissioning and ongoing support, our projects are managed by experienced people who understand what they’re delivering.

Caspar holds the important position of Chief Morale Officer at Bright Spark. His exact contribution to the day-to-day running of the business remains difficult to quantify, but we’re assured that it’s significant.
Usually looking slightly bemused by whatever is going on around him, Caspar spends much of the working day sleeping, looking for food or positioning himself somewhere inconvenient. Meetings are occasionally attended, although his contribution tends to be limited unless catering is involved.
Despite being slightly useless, permanently hungry and having absolutely no technical knowledge of renewable energy, Caspar does occasionally add value — mainly by reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously.
As a family business, we think there’s room for professionalism, high standards and a bit of personality too. Caspar definitely provides the latter.
Outside Bright Spark: Sleeping, eating, looking for somewhere else to sleep and wondering when he’s next being fed.

“I was very impressed with this company from start to finish. Their quotation and accompanying project plan was extremely comprehensive, and they answered any questions I had immediately. My panels and battery system (Sigenergy) took two days to fit, and the guys were all very friendly, worked extremely hard and long hours, and left everything very neat and tidy, a real quality installation. All the post installation documentation was provided quickly as promised, they handled all the liaison with the network provider, and helped set up the app. The system is working really well and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.”
