Project details you share with us (property type, system interest, message content).

Communications between you and our team relating to your enquiry or installation.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a free site survey.
To prepare quotes, proposals and installation documentation.
To comply with our MCS and regulatory obligations.
To improve our website and the service we provide.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent when you contact us, on legitimate interest to operate and improve our business, and on legal obligation where we are required to retain records (for example for MCS, HMRC or warranty purposes).

Sharing your data

We never sell your information. We only share it with trusted partners where strictly necessary — for example with finance providers if you apply for funded options, with our certification bodies (MCS, DNO), or with cloud and email service providers that help us run the business. All partners are bound by data-protection agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is held for up to 2 years from your last contact. Records relating to an installation are held for the lifetime of the warranty plus 7 years, in line with our legal and certification obligations.

Your rights

Access — ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification — correct anything that is inaccurate.
Erasure — ask us to delete your data, where we don’t have a legal duty to keep it.
Objection / restriction — limit how we use your data.
Complaint — to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
